The Driven Ones
We are driven
Steven Koslowsky
I was an EMT working in Texas when the war started. After witnessing a video of a Russian tank intentionally running over an occupied civilian vehicle, that was the final straw for me. I quit my job, gathered what medical supplies I could, and flew to Europe for the first time ever. I journeyed to Ukraine twice during the war and I traveled as far south as Mykolaiv, which was and is a frontline. I wore many hats while I operated in country. I assisted in medical and weapons trainings, provided medical aid to the wounded, delivered medical supplies to the frontlines, and participated in search and rescue operations. I mainly focus on logistical operations at this time. I keep in regular contact with my many friends in Ukraine, and I hope to one day return when the country is at peace.
